Be Selfless

Get out, and do something good. Help the people around you. Stop worrying about what people think of you, and start doing selfless things. Too many people are so selfish and greedy. The world needs good, genuine people. Stop complaining about how bad society is messed up, and go change it. Change starts with one person. Be selfless and do good things. The world needs it.

Today I’m celebrating one year since completing my (initial) ketamine journey.  I debated sharing this, because it is vulnerable and very personal, but mental health is not talked about enough. Eighteen Milestone There is a few big milestones you hit while growing up. You turn 13 and officially become a teenager, then you have your sweet 16, then you finally become an adult and turn 18, and then there's 21, you're the real deal now. Well I have hit one of the last milestones-- 18 years old. While all the previous milestones haven't seen like much of a change, this one is different. This one is big. This one comes with all of the changes.  Changes In the next year of my life,  I am going to go through some of the biggest changes that I might ever go through in lifel. I am going to graduate high school, I am going to move away from the place I have called home for the past 18 years, and I am going to start college. 2020          Since I was old enough to comprehend what the year 2020 was, I couldn't wait for it. I knew that 2020 was going to be the year that held so many bittersweet endings and so many new beginnings. I knew that I was going to turn 18 and become an adult. I was finally going to graduate high school, younger me didn't comprehend that I still had a whole lot of education to go through, lol. I was going to decide on a college of my choice. The most dreaded though, I was going to move out and away from what has always been my home.
